Like similar comments, this has been a nightmare. Initially ordered and was told I would receive the shed in 2-4 weeks.

Never received the call for scheduling so I called and the soonest they could schedule the delivery and installation was 5 weeks later. I took the appointment. But later in the day I figured I would call back and just by chance see if any earlier appointments had opened up. When I called customer service they said we weren't even in the book!!!

I argued and said I had just scheduled the appointment for 5/16 but she said it wasn't possible The first appt would be 5/19. So i compromised. Scheduled my day off from work. Called on 5/10 just to confirm and we were still scheduled.

Started to panic and called today to double check tomorrow delivery. Customer service never picked up after being on hold for 8 minutes so I left a message asking for confirmation. By 4;10 pm today I never heard back so I called again. Was on hold for another 6 minutes and the girl who answered said we were still in the books but she didn't know a delivery time for tomorrow so I would need to call back at 7 am to confirm!!!

Didn't like that answer so I wanted to speak to a manger to which she replied they closed at 4 but you could leave a voicemail. Needless to say I was irate. I called the number and long and behold someone answered! I asked Eric about the time for delivery and he said I'm sorry we can't install tomorrow the next date would be 5/27!!!

I am done!!!!

I am trying to call and get a refund and cancel the order but after 2 calls I only get placed on hold and then disconnected! As my husband always says...you get what you pay for so buyer beware...the prices are great BUT YOU WILL NEVER GET THE SHED!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ok..update to above. My husband is a very patient man and going to give these guys one more shot for delivery. If all goes well I hopefully then will be able to update the above post with positive feedback!
